The Terre a Sud Est brewery was born in Niscemi in Sicily with the aim of producing high quality craft beers that express the desire to enhance Sicily. New to Terre a Sud Est is the use of "Cryo Cascade" hops which guarantees less residue and gives a contribution of particular aromatic bands such as citrus and floral notes.
