For five centuries, through 17 generations, Planeta was born in the territory of Ulmo, a family-run company that in 1985 decided to planting the first vineyards.
Today, over 250 hectares are cultivated, making precise choices to adapt the native and international vines to the specificities of the terroirs starting from the production of the Chardonnay which opened the doors to the world.
In the production of its products, Planeta is inspired by sustainable and long-lasting viticulture, which respects the the environment and the landscape, to ensure that the wines can perfectly represent each territory; in fact he is also among the founders and promoters of the SOStain program established in 2011.
