The Paul Bricius brewery was founded in 2004 thanks to the passion of three friends for the world of brewing that began with the production of beer at home. For production, first choice malt, wheat and hops produced in Sicily are used and for over 15 years Paul Bricius has been studying new recipes and refining the taste of his beers to satisfy the increasingly demanding palates of consumers.
