The Nic Tartaglia farm is located in the municipality of Alanno in the province of Pescara , at 350 meters above sea level and halfway between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine mountains of Gran Sasso and Maiella.
The Nic Tartaglia company from five generationscultivate vines and produce quality wines with passion. In these lands characterized by harsh winters, with abundant snowfall and cool, sunny summers, with clay and limestone soils rich in water and very fertile, grapes rich in fragrances, colors and high sugar concentrations are obtained.
The company is it covers a total area of approximately 12 hectares and cultivates native vines such as Montepulciano, Trebbiano Abruzzese, Pecorino and the international Chardonnay, Cabernet and Riesling. The wines fall under the DOC, Sottozona Casauria (future DOCG) and IGT denominations.
