The Jurij Fiore e figlia winery was born in Lamole, a small hamlet in the municipality of Greve in Chianti, in the province of Florence. Here, among the small companies run by ancient families of winemakers, with numerous generations behind them, Jurij Fiore's recent project was born together with his young daughter Sara. The idea is to produce wines that enhance the peculiarities of the territory and local varieties, combining the influence of his Burgundian winemaking training with a focus on quality, indeed to excellence. The production, obviously in small quantities, is expressed in interesting wines with unusual and provocative names, all aged in barrique.
