The Cm2 Spirits company is located in Bari in the splendid Puglia and was founded in 2022.
The idea was born from three young entrepreneurs, but took shape when one of the partners participated in a masterclass in Bari dedicated to Gin and Vermouth.
So the company will give life to the Garnet project a few months later. Thanks to the precious collaboration with The Spiritual Machine,
spirits experts with years of experience, the first recipe was developed: Garnet The Sweet Gin, which was launched on market.
Thus a new product is created, far from the norm and the focus is on pomegranate, the red jewel of autumn and on the best citrus fruits. Garnet embodies the soul of the Apulian territory in a gin that explores the senses.
