Since 1960 Cottanera has lived and cultivated the volcanic land, difficult and at the same time generous, with passion and respect. Entire families work for the cellar, in particular the women who, according to the Etna tradition, possess the right delicacy in caring for the vineyards and choosing the bunches. In the vineyards almost all interventions, including the harvest, are done by hand.
For Cottanera, making wine means respecting the territory, trying to make the most of its potential without ever distorting it.
