All efforts are aimed at enhancing the Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo) vine which over the centuries has demonstrated that it can enhance the uniqueness of the Valtellina terroir. Witnesses of this are the Sfursat (dry red from grapes dried in the fruit cellar for about three months) and the Valtellina Superiore Docg Inferno, Sassella, Grumello in their reserve and classic versions.
