The BibiGraetz company was founded in 2000 on the Fiesole hill, above Florence, where Bibi, raised in a family of artists, fell in love with wine and makes it his life choice. The new Aurora winery, in the main square of Fiesole, will be the Château, dedicated to Testamatta and Colore, where Bibi will live with her family. The love for old vineyards brings with it the passion for the native Tuscan varieties. Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino are the beating heart of their wines.
