Montenegro is among the most famous Italian bitters, which is still made according to an ancient and secret recipe from 1885 which involves the use of over 40 botanicals in infusion. It is characterized by a bright copper color and a sip that plays on the perfect combination of bitter-sweet, enriched by typical notes of chinotto, caramel and light balsamic nuances.
