With medium effervescence , a medium-grained, rich, compact and persistent white foam is produced. The nose releases pleasant aromas of malt, followed by hay, citrus fruits, freshly mown grass, straw, orange honey, vanilla; meanwhile a faint herbaceous and pungent scent of floral hops blows from the background. The medium body tends to light, in an exquisitely watery consistency. Although barely perceptible, the bitterness of the climber suggests the soft amiability of the cereal, at least up to the middle of the medium-lasting gustatory path; then a fair balance is created, and we pleasantly start towards a short finish, dry, clean, of extraordinary freshness. A little sweet malt seems to want to re-emerge in the elusive after-olfactory persistence, but doesn't find the time to do so.
