Russello Durum Wheat Semolina Macaroni Albacara

Macaroni is a type of pasta obtained by mixing durum wheat semolina and water.
Sometimes chilli pepper, spinach or squid ink are added to the mixture to give it a red,
green or black colour, respectively. There is also an egg version, obtained by adding eggs to the dough.
Produced with ancient Russello wheat flour.
Organic homemade pasta.
